1. Who we are

2. What you give us

Our contact form and our estimate request ask for the details we need to quote a job and get a container to the right place:

• your name, phone number and email address;
• the delivery address — street, city and state;
• the dumpster size and the kind of material you are getting rid of;
• anything you type into the message box.

We use it to price the job, arrange delivery and pickup, and talk to you about the rental. It is stored in our own database and sent to the owner by email so somebody actually sees it. We do not use it for anything else.

3. What is collected automatically

The site runs Google Analytics 4, across two properties, on every page. It records which pages you look at, roughly where you are (worked out from your IP address, not from your device’s location), what browser and device you are on, and which site or search sent you here. It is how we know which towns and which pages are worth writing more about.

Analytics does not tell us who you are. It is not linked to anything you type into a form. The cookies involved are listed in our Cookie Policy.

4. The online booking tool

Our pricing and booking screen is not ours. It is a tool called Quick Quotes, embedded from quickquotecalculator.com, and anything you type into it goes to that service rather than through this website. It is subject to that provider’s own terms and privacy policy. We receive the booking details it produces so we can carry out the job.

5. Maps

City pages include a Google Maps panel. Loading a page with one on it contacts Google, and Google may set its own cookies as a result. That connection is between your browser and Google; we do not receive anything from it.

6. The size and cost calculators

The dumpster size, roofing and concrete calculators record the choices made — container size, material type, rough project scope — so we can see which options people are weighing up. No name, phone number or address is attached to any of it, and it cannot be traced back to you.

7. What we do not do

• We do not sell, rent or trade your information to anybody.
• We do not pass it to advertising networks or data brokers.
• We do not run advertising or remarketing tags on this site.
• We do not send marketing emails or run a mailing list.
• We do not record your screen or your mouse movements.

8. How long we keep it

Enquiries and job details are kept as business records for as long as they are useful for servicing the customer, answering questions about past work and meeting our tax and accounting obligations. Analytics data is held by Google under the retention period set on the account. Calculator entries carry no personal detail and are kept indefinitely as aggregate figures.

9. Asking us to delete your information

Email Junkitrolloffs@gmail.com or call (417) 241-2996 and ask. We will tell you what we hold and delete it, except anything we have to keep for tax or accounting reasons. You do not need to give a reason and there is no charge.

10. Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection and the database sits behind access controls, with the enquiry records reachable only by the owner. No system is perfectly secure and we are not going to claim otherwise.

11. Children

This is a site for arranging dumpster rentals and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

12. Changes

If what we collect or what we do with it changes, this page changes with it and the effective date at the top is updated.
